How to post queries & replies on Joomdev Forum:

1. Keep all posts on-topic.
2. Share your website's URL whenever you post a query.
3. Write an appropriate subject line relating the issue.
4. Include as much information as you can when seeking help like site URLs, product versions, screenshots or a small video related to the problem. Nobody will be able to help if you don't give sufficient details.
5. Post your comment/question to the most appropriate place. Any posts deemed to be in the wrong category will be moved. DO NOT cross-post the same question to multiple categories, if you have an expired membership/plan.
6. Make sure you have read the parent article/post completely before posting a reply.

Our Support Policy:

1. Our support policy is limited to our products only. Paid products will have paid support.
2. Keep your memberships, plans & products up-to-date. We do not provide support to users who have expired memberships & plans.
3. Your ticket will be closed if you do not respond within 10 days.
4. DO NOT send support requests via PM/Email, unless explicitly invited to do so.
5. If asked to send your website credentials on any of our mail IDs, then do not forget to send in the issue’s forum link also in that mail.
6. Keep all commentary civil, and be courteous at all times. Constructive criticism is welcome, but insults directed towards other users or the site admins will not be tolerated. Coarse/insulting language will not be tolerated.
