Hi is there a layout manager tutorial here. I have read the documentation and so far its not been in depth enough to answer my questions. I am trying to figure out how to properly use the layout system and how to create a custom layout. Many thanks.

Hello,
Sorry, for the moment, we only have documentation for this.

We are working on recording videos and published a few of them. We will soon record for the Layout builder as well.

Thanks.

Hi
Thanks for your reply. I have been using the yootheme warp framework but decided to make a change. My question? Is it possible to add multiple modules to a single section making a row columns. I have had to use cards to achieve this. see here www.expressdrive.co.uk
Thanks

Hello,

Yes, you can add multiple modules to a single section by making rows or columns.
Go to the Layout Tab in the template options.

Hi
Thanks for your reply. I struggling a bit to understand. Is it possible assign multiple modules to a single module position as there are only a set amount of module positions available or can you manually add more. I have tried doing this but it just stacks them on top of each other and sometimes just repeats the same module over again, even though I assigned three different modules to the same position. Many Thanks.

Hello,

In order to be able to select a module position in the dropdown, it must either have a module published (to the position) or it must exist in the template-details.xml file.

Thanks,
Chetan
