Unfortunately it does not work, or rather it does not work correctly.
This is how menu looks without any edits.


I need only 2-nd level menu items and their submenus



I changed this number to 2



Now, on main page menu does not displays at all.



And on any internal page menu don't have dropdowns. All menus are opened.



It seems it not supports via CSS.

Any ideas?

If it can help - I can attach SQL dump of menu module. So, you don't need to create menu items.

I was able to get it working with the fix but at the same time the dropdowns are permanently open. It'll required certain level of menu structure change.

I have a ticket with our dev team open on this and hoping we can have something for you in the next release (within next 1 - 2 weeks).

The quickest solution right now would be copying the menu and creating a new one with 2nd level items on level 1. I know it's a long and painful process but that's the only way we have right now.

Yes, you are right. I have to create 300+ menu items aliases for main menu.
Anyway, will waiting for this ability in next Astroid release, because I like it, I going to create my future projects with Astroid.
