But, all extensions "must" use the same "naming" right? and the last CSS is leading?
If so, it would mean either strip the Phoca CSS so it loads an empty file and Astroid will be leading, or make sure Astroid is the last loaded CSS.
Or am I thinking to simple now (which is not very uncommon ) ?

only for your information, for now Phoca Cart HTML output is Bootstrap 3 HTML code. In next version, there will be parameter to switch to Bootstrap 4. The same for the icons. For now there is support for Bootstrap Glyphicons and Font Awesome icons. I next version there will be new option - Font Awesome 5, so it is fully integrated with Astroid.
All Phoca Cart CSS can be overriden (there is no !important rule used) and loading of CSS can be managed in Parameters.
