Thanks!
I add a folder “custom” and inside a site-custom.scss file in the template scss folder

This is the link in my “Custom css Files” (Should read “Custom css/scss Files”
http://localhost/Astroid-JoomDev/templates/astroid_template_zero/scss/custom/site-custom.scss

The file appear as loaded and cached, but It seem to have no effect on the layout?

The following rules take effect on my custom css file but not the SCSS
section#topbar {
	position: relative;
	z-index:8;
	}

section#header-section {background-color: transparent !important; border-bottom:none !important; box-shadow:none !important;}

#astroid-sticky-header {background-color: white !important;}

Just rename it to custom.scss and it will automatically be included in the rendering.
