I try to have controls on the colours of Hamburger Off Canvas menu icons
Test site —> www.graf-test.ca/astroid/

This is my options:

I try all options and I try by css.

My main problems is that the color (orange) is muddy and a weird pale gray appear when your hover BETWEEN the icon lines.
I guess it’s the same gray that make the orange appear muddy on hover?

I didn’t find where that gray come from (kind of tricky to check on my firefox developer inspector) and no settings to get rid of it

Not sure why it's acting that way. We did NOT test it with a solid background color however. It could be something just overdoing the colors on the icon level.

This is in ::before or ::after CSS. I'd suggest using Chrome developer as that would point you to the right direction. We'll see what fix can be applied in the future version.

thanks,
Chetan

I’m using Firefox Developer inspector, so far I didn’t find the way to get rid of that gray color...

Trying again.

Hello,

On icon hover. We used 0.7 opacity. You can override it if you don't want.

Thanks,
Chandan

Mystery solved, thank to everybody.!
:woohoo:

I know it seem a detail but I was to the point to change the icon for an image.

The following suggestion is the last thing that bother me on that burger menu. You have to hover right on top of one of the 3 lines to have your hover effect.
The hover should be over the entire surface occupied by the bars. I try to add a hover on the .button itself (I try header-offcanvas-trigger, span.box...) , didn’t work,
• When your mouse go between the bars you have that flicker effect that doesn't look good.

Suggestion on the burger button:
• Make the entire area of the burger trigger the pointer cursor
• Remove that opacity change, hard to find and not necessary..

Solved for me!
