Hi on my test website, never.nl/home
I can't get the background colours of the sticky header and the dropdown menu to work.
Any idea what's causing it? I'm on astroid 2.4.7

I've seen the other topics but none of the solutions suggested worked.

Hello,

Go to the template settings and set the color on the Sticky Header option. See the screenshot.

Thanks,

Hi,

In that case make sure your template is also up to date. Then try deleting the folder as mentioned in solution #1 here: docs.joomdev.com/article/things-to-remem...stroid-2-3-0-to-2-4/

Clear the cache and then re-check everything.

Thanks,
Nishtha

Updated framework, installed template zero, copied it to create a new template and imported settings from the previous edited template.
I checked solution #1 and completed the steps except deleting the folder, these do not seem to exist on my ftp server.

Issue persists, cannot make any changes to sticky header.

In that case. Please check. How many templates are in the backend?

If you see more than two astroid templates in the list then make sure you are doing changes in the correct template.

Nope, don't know what it was... in the end I deleted all templates, reinstalled the framework and template zero and imported the json with my template settings. Now it works again.

Ok so now things are resolved in this case? Looking at your website it seems the Sticky Header background color is now working.

So I shall consider the problem as solved in that case and close this topic.
