Hi,
After updating Astroid/JD Builder, all the images in my website are no longer showing.
I can still see the placeholder and the image caption, but the actual images are not there.
I have checked carefully all the images paths, everything is perfectly in order.
It might be an issue with the Astroid Template Zero, but could you please help me troubleshoot?
It took me many hours to reach the look I wanted (template features, images etc.), I would not want to start all over again.
Thanks in advance

Hello,

Add / before images. Like
<img src="/images/blog/blogtype/img1.jpg"/>

And Make you have use double quote(") not single quote(').

Double Quote
<img src="/images/blog/blogtype/img1.jpg"/>

Single Quote
<img src='/images/blog/blogtype/img1.jpg'/>

Thanks,
Chandan

Hi,
The lazyload option was not activated.
The " were fine, but the / before the img was missing.
As the page is an article that I had done using the normal Joomla article creation, and has been working for a while since its creation, could you please tell me why this all has happened as a sudden, after updating the website?
I am just trying to understand if it's a Joomla's flaw that needs to be addressed, or an Astroid issue. This is important to prevent me for having to troubleshoot over and over, every time there will be an update of either Joomla, or Astroid...
Thanks

Hi There,

I think this may have something to do with Astroid's Lazy load functionality that we added. Even if you don't have it enabled.

A quick way to check if it's Joomla or Astroid, you can always switch to another template for a particular and see if you are having the same issue on the other template too.

Hoping this helps.

Thanks,
Chetan
