Hi there,
i am new to astroid and new admin of that little site for a sport club.
we messed up a joomla update, afterwards we had a lot of problems but now its nearly fine.

two things are bothering us:
major:
at the startpage, the posts overview (position content-top) there is a white background or overlay over the white font text teasers!
i checked content-top - it has no color set as background. test it with red, nothing changed. when u click on a post, u can read it with white font and dark grey background and its ok.
minor:
the astroid-top-social background color change from yellow (there was no color set!) to white worked, but the former admin changed it somewhere else i guess, because left an right still is yellow. any idea? index.php?

thanks
Nick

Hi,

I looked up and the colors are coming into the compiled css files. Which means they are either added as custom CSS in the backend or to the custom CSS files or just in the layout manager.

You can see those settings here and try to locate the same.
1. Custom CSS in backend docs.joomdev.com/article/astroid-custom-css/
2. Custom CSS files docs.joomdev.com/article/how-to-use-cust...ss-files-to-astroid/
3. Layout Manager docs.joomdev.com/article/layout-manager-for-dummies/

Thanks,
Chetan

I know this is a really old thread, but it shows up at the top in Google, so here's another option.

This one is pure CSS, and doesn't require any extra HTML.
