Hello,
We do confirm it is a JD Builder page. The URL for the same is as below: tripuresolutions.com/index.php/core-serv...ry-management-system. Grateful if you assist us in removing that space. Thanks.

Vicky

Hi,

At section level there is padding of 50px added on both top & bottom just remove that & you will be good to go.

Thanks,
Nishtha

Hey Vicky,

Its very simple, just open Section's setting where your content is placed and then under Design tab under Spacing sub tab we have the Padding option, just clear its value and you are good to go: www.screencast.com/t/I3cJc6t5hNn6

Thanks,
Nishtha

Dear Mrs. Nishta,
Kindly note that we had cleared all the values in the padding section as we have been told but unfortunately there is still a small gap. Grateful if you could please advise us what we need to do to fix the same. Thanks.

Vicky

Hi,

Are you sure you removed the correct values, because I can still see them there: www.screencast.com/t/nQe8cokJ1Dqo

Good Evening, Mrs. Nishta,
Kindly note that we do have removed all the values in the padding section as per the previous screenshot shared. Furthermore, when we do inspect the element we cannot find the 50 px as per your last screenshot.

Vicky

Hi,

Well this 50px what I can see is the default section's padding value applied by JD Builder itself, so please enter 0px value in that section's Padding option.
That should work now.

Thanks,
Nishtha
