Hi Guys,

First, a big, massive compliment for your work on JDBuilder and Astroid! I'm using them both.

I'm having difficulty rendering Chinese characters on my pages. I've made all the obvious language settings and I have two themes set up and two different menu systems set up in Joomla. The Joomla pages translate ok, but JDBuilder content is just a series of question marks! Like so ?????????

I'm sure I have missed something obvious, but I just can't find it. Please help!

Tim

Hi Tim,

You are I think the second user who posted on the forum with similar issue and I am positive there is room for improvement. Are you able to share your website's URL and may be we can jump in and review?

Thanks,
Chetan

Hi Tim,

Firstly we tried entering a chinese text into JD Builder and they seem to be working fine even on frontend: www.screencast.com/t/qGOwJwpiPH
Secondly please share the text that you entered that is showing question mark we can try checking that also.

Thanks,
Nishtha

Please share the Chinese text in text format, we can't copy the screenshot!
Also please confirm the JD Builder version you are using.

Thanks,
Nishtha
