After updating to version 1.8.0, the page cannot be saved: an error appears Table 'xxxxxxx.#__jdbuilder_page' doesn't exist

Hi,

Can you please confirm from which version you updated & try clearing the cache and see if it does now.
I tried this on my end and it works just fine.

Thanks,
Nishtha

Hey, I have the same error after updating to JD Builder v1.8.0

When I press save - I the page attempts to save, and then I see the error "Table 'XXX_.#__jdbuilder_page' doesn't exist"

Pressing save and close gives the error "Save failed with the following error: Table 'XXX_.#__jdbuilder_page' doesn't exist"

I have cleared both the front end and back end cache and I'm getting this error.

All other functionality appears to be correct and working.

There is an error after update from v 1.7.2 free, but after full uninstall JB Builder, clearing cache, installing v1.8.0 free it`s OK. For new site it`s not a big problem, but for an old working one... :S

Hi,

I tried your case, but nothing like that happened on my setup, it could be probably because in this update we have some major changes, like Bootstrap version update and option re-location changes could be because of that the database would have shown such an error.

Nevertheless now since you have re installed it, its solved, but I'll still look into this and make sure it won't happen again.

Thanks,
Nishtha

Hi,

Is there any update on this? Since I updated to version v1.8.0 I have been unable to save JD Page Builder pages when I am editing them (note, if I open a new page and save it, the page saves fine - if I edit the same page and edit it the page save fails).

I am still getting the error message:
Save failed with the following error: Table 'removed_.#__jdbuilder_page' doesn't exist

I have tried uninstalling and re-installing JD Page Builder - this has had no effect with this error.
