After installing 1.11 there is now white space in-between the content and header on JD Builder pages that wasn't there previously. See my website for an example

Thank you for your swift response. What would be causing this? How do I remove it?

Try to reinstall the JD Builder(Redownload) or Downgrade the version(1.10.1) and check then.

Hello,
Wishing you a happy, healthy New Year. I check the sent zip file. It's installed and working fine. Also, I cross check the issue. I don't think so issue in the JD Builder. The problem will be in template or backend side. Because the didn't display on cooking-tips page. That is not build with JD Builder. So check your side and check the template file or provide the full backend access to us. www.maxmakesmunch.com/cooking-tips Thanks, Chandan |

Hi, sorry for delayed response.
Template is Astroid template 0. The page you mentioned is a blog category page, so I'm not surprised it didn't display. It only shows on JD Builder pages which makes me think it is an issue with JD Builder. I get errors if I try to update or downgrade JD Builder. You already have back end access as one of your team was looking into an issue where a JD Builder module in footer of page sometimes has an image resize in some instances. This error also wasn't present until I updated JD Builder. It would be great if you could assist with getting this sorted. |

We don't have full backend access and no problem in JD Builder. So you don't need to downgrade the JD Builder.
See the screenshot. I think the problem in Template Or Server level.
