I'M SORRY TO BRING THIS UP AGAIN BUT THIS IS NOT SOLVED!

Please, please review this entire thread and advise why this is still happening? I've had to disable ALL modules that were published on the RIGHT position for Astroid due to the modules overlaying the JD Builder pages. I can't show you a live example because the client is angry that this keeps happening os I deactivated modules for that region. I've tried multiple Assignment options for various modules in question (one is JD Contact module) but not matter what settings are applied in Assignments, INCLUDE, EXCLUDE, etc. they still show on JD BUILDER pages and overlay the content.

PLEASE I NEED HELP WITH THIS and please don't assume that because another forum member makes a suggestion that it is fixed!

Hello,

I have already seen this post. No content overlap on the slider.

@chandan I have explained myself many times on this forum post. I have provided screen shots in the past for your review.

I can't show you a live example because the client is angry that this keeps happening so I deactivated modules for that RIGHT position. I've had to disable ALL modules that were published on the RIGHT position for Astroid due to the modules overlaying the JD Builder pages. I've tried multiple Assignment options for various modules in question (one is JD Contact module) but not matter what settings are applied in Module Assignments, INCLUDE, EXCLUDE, etc. they still show on JD BUILDER pages and overlay the content.

Hello,

I have checked this #26668 and #26823 post and also checked on your live site. There is no overlapping module there.

That's why am asking for a screenshot with a forum link.

Thanks,
Chandan

Topic started 1 month 3 weeks ago

Multiple screen shot attachments have been provided in the previous posts. I AM SO TIRED OF EXPLAINING THIS WHEN NO ONE READS ALL THE POSTS. If needed go back to the beginning of this and read ALL the posts.
  1. I have tried the suggestions. I have posted the screen shots.
  2. I had posted live links and then disable all modules on the RIGHT position. [this too has been explained]
  3. I CANNOT have live links because the customer is angry to see this broken on their LIVE site.
  4. What else must I tell you?
  5. I will not release login information to my client's site if I CANNOT even get an informed response on this forum.
  6. Why should I be so trustful after all this time waiting and explaining over and over and OVER again?

Hey @dankra,

We are sorry for all this delay and confusion. Our only concern is without seeing how severe the issue is how can we help you here.

Now you can't show us the error directly on the live site then maybe share us a backup where the issues can be discussed and resolved.
So I would suggest you to please create a backup site that clearly displays the issues and then share us the details of that. Once fixed we'll let you know what and where the changes have to be made on live.

Let me know if that sounds fair enough for both of us!
(If you plan to create a backup site then please send in the details on This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. along with this forum link)

Thanks,
Nishtha
