Hi Guys,

It's happened again.... I am working on a new Joomla build hosted with SiteGround. I'm using Astroid template zero which I have customised. Just went to create the homepage with JD Builder Pro and the live preview isn't working? I tried the fix of replacing the main.js file but it hasn't worked. Please help, I'm on a real deadline with this site.

I can send you my ftp details if you like and set you up a login to Joomla as well, please advise.

Do you see any error in the Console window? If yes then please share a screenshot of the same here.
Also the backend preview is not loading or frontend is not loading?

I think I have solved the issue? As before I wasn't experiencing the problem with every template. So as a workaround I switched the template so I could work on JD Builder pages. That got me thinking what is the difference between the templates, the template that I had customised was the one that had stopped working. By process of elimination, I have discovered that if you switch on minify CSS, minify HTML and minify js then the template doesn't work in the live preview. So to resolve the problem I have simply switched these off and will switch them back on once all changes have been made.

Does this make sense? Thanks again

Ahh the minification option can indeed can be a problem here, whatever you did absolutely makes sense.
I'll suggest you to keep the Lazy Load also disabled while you are creating pages in JD Builder they can also sometimes be a problem with the images and videos if you have.

So you have now finally managed to solve this I guess.
