Yesterday for the 2nd time I lost days of work of hours because while saving JD had a hiccup and erased everything done until that moment. Why is this happening? Why there's no versions to recuperate? Why does JD deletes everything? I would prefer that doesn't save at all instead of deleting the whole work done on a page.

It's very frustrating.

Hi,

We tried fixing it this time....did you update JD Builder to 1.11.3 and check?

Thanks,
Nishtha

Did you get this kind of popup while creating the page?

Screenshot is attached.

This is strange it doesn't happen with JD Pages. Did you save your work?

We will still figure this out and hope it doesn't happen again with the new JD Builder update.

Thanks,
Nishtha

Yes. Saving (save & close) is when everything got lost. I knew it as soon as I hit the button since it behaved the same way that it did before when everything was deleted. I didn't go right away but looked on frontend to confirm my fear.... the whole page was deleted. Then when I clicked on the module (from admin), everything was gone like I was starting a new page. No error messages, no way to restore or recuperate data... nothing. Like I never worked on the page.

This is using JDBuilder as a module (not a page). In both occasions was using it as module.

Ok thanks for explaining the case here, I will let the developer know about it. Though now we are working on improving JD Builder completely and hope that it doesn't happen there again.

Thanks,
Nishtha
