Dear Support,
tried to update JD Builder pro to version 1.11.3, but didn't succeed. See attachments for Error Message + Joomla System info.

What to do?

Hi,

If you updated JD Builder Pro via the Joomla Update Manager then it won't happen that way.

You need to manually download the Pro file and then install the package file in your Joomla.
