I installed quick start on my hosting its working fine, the issue I am facing is with chronoforms5 when I submit form on my website I am not receiving email on my email address I tested in Joomla global configuration by test mail and its working find I received email promptly but when I am trying with both form one in home page and another with contact us both says when submit that form has been submitted but am not receiving any email.please advise.
The administrator has disabled public write access.
