Hello,

Open the Pension menu item and add the class "menu-fifty" through Mega Menu tab. See the screenshot.

Add the following code in your Stylesheet.

.menu-fifty .sp-dropdown {
	width: 340px;
}
.menu-fifty .sp-dropdown-items{
	display: flex;
	flex-wrap: wrap;
}
.menu-fifty .sp-dropdown-items .sp-menu-item{
	width: 50%;
}
