I have purchased your JD Shop template. When you place the site offline it has this message on top of the screen above the login part:

Warning
JUser: :_load: Unable to load user with ID: 868

Please can you advise me how I can get this removed.

Many thanks.

Hello,

The above error really means that you have an content (possibly and article) that is owned by the user id (868) but the user has been deleted.

You have to go into the article(s) owned by the deleted user and switch them to an active user (possibly yours).

Thanks,
Chetan

I will have a look but it’s your own sample data this has and there were no users in your quick startup package.

Hello,

We fix this issue in the next update. Till then follow the following steps:

  1. First, confirm your Database Name and Database Tables Prefix. You can easily get from Global Configuration menu item. Screenshot
  2. Open your Joomla database using PHPMyAdmin tool and search "#_users" table - where "#" is your Joomla database prefix and change the user's ID to 868 and save the changes
  3. Again find the "#_user_usergroup_map" and chage the user_id
