Hi I have installed jd atlanta on my laptop using xampp and the quickstart program
i can now log into the frontend and it all works however the backend has the default passwords as i did not change anything but now will not let me in with username root and blank password please tell me where i went wrong.

Hi Mick,

Hope you have a good day! At the time of installation you must have set a password for your site that would be used as your login credentials for the backend, root and blank password are the database credentials.
You can also see the image for reference to remember that which password you must have set for your site at this step:

Hi many thanks for your help I left the fields blank and the email as was just to try the install when i came to login to the backend the password could not be blank hence my probs sorted by installing again with my email and a password
