I just purchased and installed the JDFocus Template and installed Quix Professional included in the Bundle. However, when attempting to use Quix in the Admin area the pages selected DO NOT populate. Known Fix?

Also, how are the JDFocus JSON settings provided within the bundle purchased imported into the site within admin?

Thank you!

Drew

Hi,

Sorry, we were on weekend holidays.
#1. Please reinstall the Quix pro (1.7.3) and clear the Joomla system cache, Quix cache, and browser cache.
#2. If you are using our Template quick start, you will get all the setting by default. But if you are using template only file, then you need import setting file. You can download template setting file from your order list and import from admin panel.

How to import Template setting File?
  1. Download the template setting File from your order list.
  2. Now Unzip and copy all the text from text file.
  3. Go to your admin panel > Advanced and paste the copied text inside Import field of your template.
