Hi Georg!

Thanks for contacting us!

I checked the linked page:
•https://test.giw.ch/
and your problem will be caused by a JavaScript error:
Uncaught TypeError: $(...).find(...).tooltip is not a function
which points to this file:
test.giw.ch/cache/astroid/js/bb66769eb23...2bb9ec7d590da1c287a7
and this codepart:
jQuery(function($) {
initTooltips();
$("body").on("subform-row-add", initTooltips);
function initTooltips(event, container) {
container = container || document;
$(container).find(".hasTooltip").tooltip({
"html": !0,
"container": "body"
})
}
});

what you can check in the Console as you see here: smartslider.helpscoutdocs.com/article/19...your-browser#jserror

The problem with JavaScript errors is that, they can prevent every other code after them to run.

As I see this file is a cached and combined JavaScript file, that is called in at the very end of the page. So the error will be probably caused by your minification extension:
•Astroid
that may mess up the order of the JavaScript codes, making it run some functions when the function is not defined, yet.

So what I would suggest is to disable this "Astroid" extension and then check if that fixes the JavaScript error. If it does, then the slider will most likely show up, too.
If it fixes the problem indeed, then you should try disabling this combine and miniification feature of Astroid or you should fix that script with the problem.

How would you rate my reply?
