Here are some suggestions, for the Template:

1. Slider on screens greater (I assume 1280px) are not working correctly. Slider loads in default width (smaller than the screen e.g. 1440px) and than suddenly, after loading, it expands to the screen size. However, the suddenly change looks buggy and ugly.

2. You have put some articles (almost on the bottom) really nicely on the home screen: Headline is:
"Latest Stories From The JD New York" Looks great. But if you load the next 2.articles (pressing 2), the whole page is loading, and dropping you to the slider on the top. For visitors this is annoying and not comfortable.

3. After that, the screen was white for a while. I Was wandering, why after that, such huge white area. But after some time of waiting, it loaded the maps and the bottom navigation menu. (it seems only appearing in Safari (9.1). Firefox and chome worked smoothly.

4. Is there any possibility, that you update your great template with Gantry 5? I mean, because Gantry 5 is a complete newly build framework, its a little bit disappointing, to start a new website, with a framework, where you can get no updates anymore. Sorry, for complaining! Your template is just to good, that its not bad enough, to start this suggestion.

Glad to receive answers. You are doing a good job!

Hi,

Thanks for your feedback. The reason we are not using Gantry 5 is because is the page builder that's included in it and it's usability. We will probably end up doing our next template on JAT3 framework or Gantry 5. Rest of the questions can be answered by Chandan.

Thank you again for the feedback.

5. If you edit the Menu, error is occuring.

JFolder: :files: Path is not a folder. Path: /Applications/MAMP/htdocs/JD_NewYork1/templates/gantry/images/icons

I looked in my directory, and there is no folder like .../templates/gantry. Maybe you can give a hint, how to fix the path.
I found something similar, but the files itself changed on your template. There is no gantry-fusion, but there are 2 files.

Thanks for the kind comments. We will surely look forward for the suggestions. And, get those in our updated Versions.
Please do the following changes in both files below:

html/mod_roknavmenu/themes/gantry-dropdown/item.xml
html/mod_roknavmenu/themes/gantry-splitmenu/item.xml

In both you just need to replace the word "Gantry" with the name of the template that you are using.
For expample Currently you are using "jd_newyork" just replace gantry work with newyork.
Boom!! We are good then!

7. ChronoForms5 - Preinstalled Contact forms are not loading to change the form. Installing the last update of Chronoforms5 V.5.0.11 fixed this problem.

It seems, there are some problems, in loading the javascript of bootscript and jquery properly.

I tried to include a javascript, (via index.php), so that I can use the function: Open all bootstrap-accordion fields, and close all.

But now, we face the following problems:
  1. Even without the additional script, bootstrap accordion is not working properly with the class "in"
    I included the follwoing html code within the article:
    www.bootply.com/peFUdnwOpZ
    So, the first accordion-tab should be open, (because of class="panel-collapse collapse in">And it worked. But if you toogle it, and try, to expand it again, it does not expand anymore. To work around, I included the file bootstrap.min.js again, and it worked. So there seems, that there are some problems.
  2. I Tried to expand all, and tooogle all fileds, via button, see the script in the link.
    But it does not. Looking in console, it gives the information:
    Uncaught TypeError: $(...).ready is not a function
    So it seems, there is no known connection to the jquery library
Hope you can help, to load all the files properly.
You can test my result at: newyork.sta-lahr.de

Hi,
Please try and paste the code below. It should be placed in the article itself..where you have used accordion. This should work for us.
<script>
jQuery(document).ready(function(){
  jQuery(".openall").click(function(e){
    e.preventDefault();
  	jQuery(".panel-collapse").addClass('in');
        jQuery(".panel-collapse").css('height','auto');
  })
   jQuery(".closeall").click(function(e){
     e.preventDefault();
  	jQuery(".panel-collapse").removeClass('in');
        jQuery(".panel-collapse").css('height','0px');

  })

})
</script>

Please let me know if you have questions :)
Thanks

Thank you! Collapse All and Toggle All are working really fine. Somtetimes toggling singular items are stop working. (After reloading page, they usually start to work again. Don't know what casing this missbehavior).
But the first item with the
in
-class did not work at any time. I can include your script inside the article or inside any position in info.php, collapsing all and toogling all are working, but to toggle/collapse the first item apart, is not working.
