Do you see any console error there? Also like I said please share a screenshot of any JD Builder page when you preview it on a new window, so we can try track the issue via its URL formed.

Please check Menu Item is published or not and also check the Builder's page.

Second, Go to template settings and use {errorcode} and {errormessage} in 404 Page Content area. So we can get the exect the error.
