Hi,

I just purchased your JD Builder Pro but its do not upgraded automatically in my website as i've installed free version previously.

I already generate the license key and paste to website backend but still, nothing happened.
The administrator has disabled public write access.

Hi,

JD Builder Pro is not auto upgraded you need to install it each time when there is an update. Since you already have the free version, just install the PRO zip file over it and you are done.

Hi,

Well as per the images attached it clearly seems the Pro version has been activated.
Are you not able to import any pro pages from the template library?
Are you not able to see the pro elements that are added?(www.joomdev.com/jd-builder/elements)
Is there any Pro feature that you are not able to access?(www.joomdev.com/jd-builder/why-pro)


If any of the above questions answer is NO then let us know if not then it is very much active, there isn't any change in the look and feel of the product, when you install & set up the Pro version you will clearly see the Pro tag along its name as it is in your case also.

Hi,

Sorry to say but please be clear whether you want to install JD Builder Pro or remove it?
In the last post you had a completely working and activated JD Builder version and now you are removing it, so its a little confusing for us also.

Nevertheless this is database error because you have uninstalled JD Builder and now you cannot access its configurations. Its not a big issue you can still navigate to any other part of your Joomla backend settings
