JD builder looks great so decided to give it a try before going to pro version. installed and selected a template, named it and then pressed save. After 10 to 15 seconds get a 'gateway time-out 504' error. Does the same each time, go back and nothing has saved, any ideas?

Hi,
This is not related to JD Builder or to us, this is some issue with your server, please contact your server provider for the same. Thanks, Nishtha |

This was helpful, thank you.
I have since found the issue and while it was not JD Builder related as such, others might have the same issue so I guess worth sharing. I am using an Ubuntu server running plesk with Ngnix. Within the PHP settings, PHP7.4.13 was set up to run PHP as 'FPM application served by apache' rather than 'FPM application served by Ngnix'. So it was an initial server setting error although it had not impact anything (Joomla was fine for exampe) before now. The issue resulted in all 8gB Ram being utilised when save in JD builder was pressed until Ngnix timed out. Justin |
