Hello,
I have a NAS: 'central4'
a local site on the NAS: 'joomla310'
the access link is: 'http: //central4/joomla310/....'
what the NDD must be for the license key to work with JD Builder Pro 1.11.1.2 ?
I tried 'central4.local', but it doesn't work.
What is the solution ?
Can I cancel the two key licenses already created and create new ones without losing my rights to 5 licenses ?
Thank you,
Marcel

Hi Marcel,

Thank for using JD Builder Pro, Sorry but your first question is a little confusing here so I am assuming you created a license key for local servers and that is not working here?

And as far as the second question is concerned, you won't loose your right to 5 keys only if you revoke any of the 2 keys first.

Thanks,
Nishtha

Hi,
I did new tests.
I have a local 'joomla4' site on a Synology NAS whose name is = 'central4'.
I access the site locally by 'http://central4/joomla4'
To do local tests, I created a license key 'central4.local' and another 'joomla4.local'.
These license keys are not recognized.
What name should I create the license key with for it to work with this NAS and this site?
thank you,
Marcel

Hi,

Ok in that case please create a key with the name local added in its URL. Also our JD Builder works even without any key on local try checking that, if you see any error there then let us know.

Thanks,
Nishtha
