Hello, I've put an image in a module which is published only on the homepage, right position.
I want the same image to appear in the megamenu, so I selected this module as a megamenu item.
The problem is, that even if it shall appear on all Joomla pages in the megamenu, it anly appears at the megamenu at the homepage.
Not at the other pages, it's position is blank.
I've got the latest Joomla & Astroid releases.

Any ideas, please?

Hi,

This is because your Image module is only assigned to the Homepage menu item therefore you are only seeing it on that page.
Maybe you can try duplicating that module for other pages.

Thanks,
Nishtha

Yes, I see. It is normal to assign the module to the pages where you want it to appear, also to publish it on a position.

But it seems I didn't say it well in order to understand my problem.

I want a module with an image to appear only on the megamenu (on hover) , not at other position at the same page.

For example, to an image to link somewhere, just to be more beautiful my megamenu.
But I do not want to publish it also as a module in the other part of the page.

Thank you!

Hi,

You can do that pretty easily. Just publish to to a new position and use that position in the menu only. Call it something like mymenuitemdropdown or something so it's unique enough.

Thanks,
Chetan
