Hello, I have Astroid 2.3.0, Joomla 3.9.15 and AcyMailing Starter 6.8.3.

I successfully inserted an "AcyMailing subscription form" in the bottom of my website and using Modules Anywhere I inserted it in one article:

astroid.joomla.com/blog-2/26-why-is-technologyso-famous.html

You can test it. It works perfect there, but when I called the Acymailing module using the same technique (Modules Anywhere) from the Astroid Coming Soon page, it doesn´t work: The next error is showed: "The form could not be submitted ReferenceError: submitAcymForm is not defined"

To reproduce this error please follow the next steps:
Go to: astroid.joomla.com/administrator/
User: Acymailing
Pass: Acymailing

Then go to Extensions / Templates / Styles / Astroid Template Zero - Default Astroid / Template options / Miscellaneous / Coming Soon

Activate the Development Mode: On

Then go to astroid.joomla.com/

Try to subscribe there, type your name in "Nombre" and your email and press "Suscribir" to send the request.

At the end please deactivate the Development Mode: Off

It's seems to be a problem only inside the Astroid Coming Soon page. Can you help me to fix it please?

Thank you!

I found that is possible to insert modules using {loadmoduleid xx} or {loadposition xxxxxxxx} or {loadmodule mod_xxxxxx} in Joomla. I tried to use them but they don't work neither. :(

I found an old information: "Please make sure the file yourwebsite.com/media/com_acymailing/js/acymailing_module.js can be loaded via your browser... if not, you should make sure your server allows this file to be loaded.
If you included the AcyMailing subscription module inside an article or another part of your website using the "Modules Anywhere" plugin, please access the AcyMailing module configuration and set the option Include JS files to On the module itself (this option is within the "advanced" tab)
The fwSiteOptimizer plugin could apparently cause this issue, you may want to unpublish this plugin."

Source: www.acyba.com/acymailing/109-acymailing-...tibility-issues.html

I couldn't find the right place to type "On the module itself". It seems that this option is not available anymore. At any rate the information about acymailing_module.js could be useful.

Hello,

Sorry for the delayed reply but it looks like the AcyMailing JS is not being included on the page. I'd suggest contacting AcyMailing about it and see if there is a solution they can offer.

Thanks,
Chetan

Hello. I did it, but they answered this:

"As regards your issue, you should probably contact module anywhere support and tell us your problem.
Here it seems our JS file isn't properly included into your page. So that's why there is a JS issue ;-)"

I thing that the problem is not "modules anywhere", because I tried using {loadmoduleid xx} of Joomla, and the problem persists. I inserting the Acymailing module in articles and it working well, but it didn´t work if I insert it in these fields of the Astroid Framework. May be these fields need to load the JS files as the articles do. Is it possible to load the JS file using Astroid? Can you help me with this, please?

Well, in that case, try adding the JS file manually via Astroid backend and see if that works.

In Astroid / Custom codes / Custom JS Files
I inserted this URL:
astroid.joomla.com/media/com_acym/js/module.min.js

But the problem persists. I did it well?

I see the JS twice on the main site (which means it worked) but not on the comingsoon template.

Can you try adding the JS file manually in comingsoon.php, it's located in the frontend folder inside your template.

Thank you. I tried adding a line like this:
<script type="text/javascript" src="astroid.joomla.com/media/com_acym/js/module.min.js"></script>
But it didn't work for me. I don't have enough skills to do it correctly. I'm sorry. Could you do that for me, please?

You can use the next temporary FTP access:

Host Name: astroid.joomla.com
IP Address: 104.37.86.1
FTP Port: 21
User: epijer
Password: NWd6w1M9

Thank for your help.

That's now possible and it's beyond the support scope.
